Honestly you can leave out the strawberries. And I personally think using coconut water instead of water makes it even better.

Why You Should Stay Away from Fruit Juices

For some reason people think that consuming drinks like orange juice, apple juice, and tropical punch is somewhat healthy because it’s not soda. However, this could not be further from the truth. ┬áThese juices are high in calories and filled with sugar. Let’s take apple juice for example. Most apple juices are 110 calories a serving with 28 grams of sugar. That’s 7 tsp of sugar per serving! Why add these empty calories to each meal. I know I say this time and time again, but water is the best way to go. Water flushes out all the toxins in your body and for some reason, it just seems to help shed the pounds off faster. Another alternative to juice is tea. I have recently been hooked on this Tazo Wild Sweet Orange Tea. It is so good. I didn’t even need to add anything to it. Plus, just like my friend water, this tea has ZERO calories. So do yourself a favor and drop the juices and pick up some water and tea.


By the way watch out for sweeten teas. Yeah like the ones from McDonalds. LOL It just messes up the entire healthy aspect. Stick to unsweetened or add some lemon, honey, or stevia. Good Luck!
